CONSULTANCY AND AUDITING

A consultant (from the Latin “consultare” means "to discuss") is a professional who provides advice in a particular area of expertise such as management, accountancy, environment, entertainment, technology, law, human resources, marketing, food production, medicine, finance, life management, economics, public affairs, communication, waste or risk management… A consultant has a wide knowledge in a specific field. Thus, clients have access to deeper levels of expertise than would be feasible for them to succeed their mission.

Consultancy also covers Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Controlling activities through gap assessing client’s current management system in comparison to national and/or International standards, and analysis its impact in order to improve it.
